We are both sorrier than we can say - John and Lynda - your father was always a gentleman, generous, friendly and ready with a joke - when we moved to Inglewood 44 years ago many of our friends erroneously reached your dad because of the similarity of our name- and even early days without having met - he knew our phone number and would happily pass it along = sometimes we received each others mail - too bad we couldn't keep those cheques. Your dad's passing is a blow and will leave a large gap in the hearts of Inglewood and surrounding residents. It was nice to know you Norm - Carol and Wayne Martin, Inglewood.

What a wonderful gift to have Mr. Martin so active and involved with your family. I only spoke to Mr. Martin and few times during the time he lived with Ian and Leslie but I could tell how aware and involved he was with the family. Sadness of this loss of an honest and true person. Norm, and John, were always there to have good conversation with. Norm helped me, like a dad to keep strong and think positive all the time. Prayers for strength and blessings to the family.
It will not be the same without him.
