Dear Ivy, Peggy and family;
We met years ago at the Dufferin Alzheimer's Society in Orangeville. Ivy, I had just been through my dad's journey with Dementia and really bonded with you when I learned that your mum would be following along the same path as my dad.
I was deeply saddened to hear about your mum's passing. The loss of a parent leaves a void that words cannot fill. Please know that my thoughts are with you.

I, like my brother Tony mentioned, will always remember Auntie Millie's laugh. While we did not see her as often as Auntie Donna (mainly due to the fact that Donna lived right beside Grandma and Grandpa), I have very fond memories of our visits. I will miss her.

I always have felt blessed to have three, although different in temperaments and approaches, strong matriarchal roles models growing up! I loved how they interacted and looked out for one another and will always remember their “kibitzing”. Mille was maybe the strong silent type and the perfect older sister but I can still hear her laugh when Jean or Donna said something “shocking”! Nephew Tony
