I sincerely loved taking care of Larry. He was appreciative of my effort to help him and he had a great sense of humour. We shared common perspectives on our worldview and I enjoyed the banter we had each visit discussing current events. We will miss Larry and offer sincere condolences to Jeremy, Morley, and Clancy and their families.

My deepest sympathies to Jeremy, Clancy, Morley and families. My late husband Ralph worked with Larry at Bryan's Fuel and we heard many stories of their time together. I had the pleasure of enjoying Larry's booming laugh when visiting your home in Waldemar or seeing him at community events. Take care.

To the family of Larry McGuire
I wanted to send you our condolences upon the passing of your beloved father. My father Gerald McGuire was a first cousin to Larry. He was son of Jack McGuire who was a brother to your Grandpa George. I’m the eldest in my family and I recall the good old fashioned McGuire reunions that were previously held at Oakdale and Shetland parks. I miss those times when we all got together. Love to you all and may Larry Rest In Peace.
Sincerely
Penny Phillips (nee McGuire)

Jeremy, Clancey, Morley and families, thinking of you today as you celebrate your father’s life. I remember Uncle Larry fondly, even from the days before he married your mother. That was certainly a few years ago! Count myself lucky to have had a good number of interesting conversations with him through the years. Appreciated his caring spirit and his candour. My condolences to you all. Cathy Leatherdale

Joan, Jeremy, Clancey, Morley & families: Our deepest condolences at this difficult time. He will be missed by many. I had a real nice visit with Larry at the Lentin Lunches in the spring when we set beside each other. Larry lived across the road from my parents when I was young so have known him most of my life. We talked about old times and many other things at that time. Seen him many times over the years so will miss our visits when we would meet.

Larry was a friend and co-worker of my husband Tom who also just recently passed away. While we lived in Waldemar we enjoyed our many visits with Larry and Willimene (Willie). Larry was always smiling and had a great laugh. We kept in touch via e-mail and I will certainly miss them. My condolences to the boys and their families. Prayers for strength and comfort in the days ahead.
Blessings,
