It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our mom, grandmother and great grandmother on Monday, July 10, 2023, at the age of 96.

Beloved wife of the late Russell Jackson.  Predeceased by her son Butch, daughter Penny (O’Hara) and grandsons Tim Ohara and Jeremy Jackson.  Much loved mother of Susie Culshaw, Mike Jackson and Peter Jackson.  Loving grandmother of Janice, Dayle, Robbie, Cori, Calla, Rusty and Ben.  Loving great-grandmother of Serna, Casey, Nathan, Emma, Cole, Hailey, Penny, Jania, Brodie, Roland, Liliana, Loushus and Paige.

She was famous for her date cookies, baking and pies. She was involved in brownies, church and community events. Mom loved her house and gardens.

As a longtime resident of Baysville, she was fondly known as Gramma J. to all.

The Celebration of Life will be held in Baysville on July 29th, 2023, at the St. Ambrose Anglican Church (2671 Muskoka District Road 117, Baysville, ON, P0B 1A0), starting at 12:00 noon.  Burial immediately after at the Baysville Cemetery, followed by a Reception at the Anglican Parish Hall.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
