Marilyn and Jim were both clients of mine in a dental office I worked in for years. They were both so kind and had a great sense of humour, always made my day when I knew they were coming for a visit. Marilyn was so proud to share stories of her family and was always thoughtful to ask about my family. May she rest in peace with Jim at her side once again. My condolences to the family and I hope you find comfort knowing Marilyn was a lady that left a wonderful impression on those lucky enough to know her.

Oh Marilyn! You were my favourite. We are not supposed to get attached but how can you not. I saw you nearly everyday. I always looked forward to seeing you. I will miss our long conversations. You said you saw me as a good friend and believe me the feeling was mutual. I know how much you loved your family. I know how much you valued your friends, especially the ladies in the condo. You are a lady I can never forget and it was a pleasure to have known you. The last thing you said to me was “Drive safe Honey.” And I would always say “I promise!” May you Rest In Peace. From Carly

Marilyn was just a lovely Lady who lived across the hall from us here in the condo. She loved everyone and everyone loved her, even our 2 kitties whom often visited Marilyn when we did. Marilyn always had treats for them and in turn, they showed her lots of love. Always a smile and a kind word. I know that Marilyn really enjoyed the company of her many friends here in the condo and they enjoyed her company just as much. Even tho the past few months have been quite a challenge, there was always a smile as she faced her challenges head on. Marilyn .. warm wishes and kindest regards and give Jim Our Best. Dearest Marilyn,
She will always be remembered by us as a special friend.
Marilyn was one of the first people to welcome us when we moved next door to her in Bramalea in 1963.
We had some good times together, supporting each other through the ups and downs of bringing up our families. Marilyn was also Godmother to our daughter, Karen.
Marilyn you will be sadly missed, my friend, by all of us.
Rest in peace.
Love,
Wendy, David Timmings and family
