Rosemary was a neighbour for many years in Briar Hill. I have many memories of get togethers & cocktail parties at either my home or hers & Jim's or other neighbour's. Her green thumb was very evident at her immaculate gardens & her creative touch. One of my fondest memories is the night Mom & I held a neighbourhood party to celebrate Rosemary & Jim's marriage. They were so very happy together. It's very difficult to lose a parent & my deepest sympathy to all of her family.

I just want you girls to know how much I loved your mom, she was a wonderful lady. I loved spending time with her. She was a sweet gentle woman, who could be so strong when she needed to be. She readily shared that strength with others. I am So sorry for your loss.

Tracy and myself are heartbroken to learn of Rosemary’s passing. We became friends at the Alliston Hornets hockey games, sitting beside Rosemary & Jim as seasons ticket holders. They were wonderful to chat with & made us feel like part of their family. Even had us over for a lovely dinner. And we were happy to help them out during Covid lockdowns. Rest In Peace Rosemary. Sincerest condolences to Rosemary’s family.

Rosemary and Jim have been our neighbors for 16 years- our houses are attached. I’m shocked and saddened to hear Rosemary has passed. We had many happy hours together and lots of chats across our decks! We will miss her. We’ve always enjoyed looking at her beautiful gardens and her many flowers on her deck. Her tulips are gorgeous and she’s not here to enjoy them. Our sympathies to Jim and their families. Lynne and Bill Richardson

I wish i knew where to start I guess by first offering my heart felt condolences to Darnell Dianne Dorthey. You are all three very beautiful partial reproductions of your mother. Rosemary was a great neighbor but better yet a great friend. She was always giving and helpful to my entire family from my parents to my brothers to my children and of course always to me. The entire Osborne family is saddened by this news . Im sure some of you remember some of the Aug 1 long weekend parties on lake Eugenia . Rosemary would always tease me about getting old if the music wasnt extra loud or if i shut it off too soon . A few times i took that as a challenge but quickly realized the rest of plantts point didnt appreciate it. Dorthy do you remember when those two guys came over in the canoe on May 24 weekend and then flipped it leaving. That was quite a night. That is just 1 of so so many memories I have of her . We shared many an afternoon cocktail as well as weanie and marshmallow roast on the bonfire but also many laughs and good talks. Like i said previously she was always wonderful to our entire family .We all are saddened by this news and share in your grief.
