I can't believe it's 1 year since you are gone ! I miss you every day and will NEVER forget you. I am so glad we travelled so much over the years and had a wonderful life with many memories , as that is all I have of you now . Aunt Fiona, Ian and Lisa and family - our love goes out to you at this difficult time. Uncle Darrell was someone who had a zest for life, he lived it to the fullest and we cannot remember a time where he didn't have a smile on his face or was laughing. He will be truly missed. We've attached a photo of Dad and Uncle Darrell . May they rest in peace.

I met Darrell, Fiona, Wayne and Florence here in Barbados. It was like connecting with family you'd never met before and I enjoyed seeing them every time they returned. Darrell had an awesome sense of humour and was fierce in his loyalty and love for his family. All of us here in Paynes Bay will miss him. I hope he's relaxing and enjoying a Banks right now!

Darrell was my namesake, (although it was spelled incorrectly), my cousin and one of the best friend's I have ever had. I will always admire him for his zest for life and always living his life to the fullest and always on his terms.
I miss him greatly and give all my love and heart to Fiona, Ian, Lisa and all the grandkids and Darrel's brothers Roy, Wayne and Garry.

Such a great, fun-loving guy that was always interested in what you had to say.
We shared many stories and laughs over the years. He was the best possible neighbour for my parents, and a good friend to them as well.
We will all truly miss him.
