Obituary of John George McGarvey

McGARVEY, John George December 10, 1963-June 18, 2016. With sadness in our hearts, John passed away suddenly on June 18, 2016. He was a loving father to Matthew, (deceased) Christopher & Sean. Step father to Jeff (Jade), Kevin, Laura (Travis) & Lindsey. Grandpa to little Matthew and Poppa to Sarah and Crew. Cherished husband to Nancy and former husband to Maura, Son of Bev and Ruby McGarvey. John was a beloved friend to many and a well respected legion member for many years. He will be truly missed. A Celebration of John’s life will be held August 13 2016 at the Orangeville Legion – Branch 233 from 2pm -6pm with words of remembrance at 4pm. As expressions of sympathy, donations in John’s memory can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
