McCallum, Carol Jean Passed away at St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener, on Saturday September 10, 2016 in her 67th year; beloved life partner of John Chalmers; loving mother of Tracy McCallum and Jacques Dore (Tanya) and step mother to Shawn Chalmers; cherished and devoted “Grammie” of Bronson, Eva, Ryder, Trent, and Madds; She will be sadly missed by her brother Doug (Barb) of Halifax, and sister Joan (Ted) of Bowmanville; Carol is predeceased by her parents Don and Eleanor and brother Rick. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
