Obituary of Martin Woods

Martin George Alison Woods 1950-2016 It is with great sadness that Martin passed away suddenly on November 14th, 2016 on his 66th birthday. Martin is pre-deceased by his Father (Maurice Woods) and his Brother (Dean Woods) He is survived by his Mother (Maisie Woods, née Hoyles) and his twin boys Michael & Kristopher (Tina) and grandchildren Brandon and Payton. He will be forever missed. A Celebration of Marty’s life will take place at Trinity Anglican Church, 12 Blair Road, Cambridge, on Sunday November 27th, 2016, at 1:30pm. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Trinity Anglican Church. “Marty”, “Mart” Woods was born on Nov 14, 1950 in Lincolnshire England. He came to Canada at a young age to settle in Galt, Ontario where he grew to raise his family, twin boys Kris & Mike. Marty had a lifelong love of fast cars and rock & roll. He enjoyed family and friends who, if lucky enough got to hear him strum a few chords on his guitar. Marty would want everyone to remember him as an easy going, fun loving person who loved his family very much. He will be forever missed.
