Obituary of Natalie Louise Lorimer

We are heart broken to announce the death of our Mom, Natalie Louise Lorimer. She passed away peacefully in the arms of her daughter at the Avalon Nursing Home. After a long fight with dementia she is now walking in grace with Jesus. She rejoins her parents and brothers as well as her late husband Ken in Heaven. She is missed terribly by her children Louise, Bruce, Alan and Richard. And grandchildren William, Alexis, Alex, Kate, Lauren and Alanna. She always had a smile on her face and had a joke ready. She was a beautiful woman and her beautiful soul has gone home. God bless you for showing us unconditional love. The legacy of her kindness and zest for life will live on through her family. We miss you mom so very much. Until we meet again As per her wishes, no service was held. Cremation has taken place. There will be a celebration of life later this year. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Alzheimer's Society , Dufferin Chapter. I would to thank the wonderful staff at the Avalon in particular, Lois a P.S.W who treated my mom with gentleness and a kindness as if she were her own and to Dawn Rollins who made it possible for Me (her daughter) to stay there by her side until Jesus took her home.
