Obituary of Mary Margaret McAvoy

Mary Margaret McAvoy November 11, 1916 -March 14, 2018 We are sad to announce the passing of Mary McAvoy in her 102 year. Mary passed away peacefully at Headwaters Hospital with her family at her side. Loving Mother of Beverly and Larry and son-in-law Jimmy. Grandmother to David, Dale, Cindy, Laura-Lee & Sarah. Great Grama to Shannon, Natasha, Clayton, Mackenzie, Madison, Leeatte, Emma, Karlee and Lucifer, Great Great Grama to Logan. GG was a fisty old gal, but that is why we loved her. We would like to extend our warmest thanks to the people that looked after Mary. The amazing staff at SHIP, Dufferin Office, the paramedics, our nurse Angie in F-wing who made our family so comfortable in the passing of our loved one. Also, great thanks to Dr. Moria Nicole and Pam for all the wonderful care, and Randy & Emma from In Memorial Funeral Service. Mary will be sadly missed by her family and her dear friends, Mabel and Nancy. Celebrating the life of Mary on Sunday, March 25th, 2018 from 2-4pm.
