Smith, Avery Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Heath Centre, Newmarket on Sunday, January 26th, 2020 in his 84th year. Loving husband of Linda; loved father of Joanne Thompson (John), Cindy Claus, and Sharon Giles (Howard); cherished grandfather of Michael (Erin), Jennifer (Steve), Jenn, Matthew (Keri), Courtney (Brad), and Carson (Amanda); great-grandfather of Ryleigh, Bradyn, Jaxyn, Jaykob, Hadley, and Emry. Avery will be sadly missed by many relatives and friends. A Celebration of Avery’s Life will take place on Friday, January 31, 2020 at the Royal Canadian Legion, Shelburne Branch 220 (Museum Room) from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Royal Canadian Legion Shelburne Branch 220.
