Obituary of Vernon Walter Lamorie

Lamorie, Vernon Walter Passed away peacefully at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital, surrounded by family on Friday August 31st, 2018 in his 70th year. Vern is predeceased by his parents Sarah Ethel Vina and Walter Lamorie; cherished brother of the Late Cora Greer, Lorna Lemay, Karen Grant, Bob Lamorie, June Barnes, Joanne Grant, the Late Joe Lamorie, Ken (Bev) Lamorie, Craig Lamorie and Denise (Robert) Merton. Vern will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. A Celebration of Vern’s Life will be held at the New Life Church, 28 Tracey Lane, Collingwood, Ontario on September 15, 2018, from 2:00pm-5:00pm. As expressions of sympathy, donations can be made to the Canadian Lung Association or the Canadian Diabetes Association in memory of Vern.
