Obituary of Oliver East

East, Oliver Thomas Peacefully passed away with his family by his side at Dufferin Oaks, Shelburne on Saturday January 5, 2019 at the age of 96. Predeceased by his parents Tom and Clara, his three sisters and their spouses. Cherished husband of 65 years to Marion; beloved father to Marie (Jim, 2015) and Ron (Michellene); proud grandpa to Lacey and Holly (Marcus). Step-grandfather to Cathy (Bill), Heather (Tracy), Janet (Chuck), Donna and families. A funeral service to celebrate Oliver’s life will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the In Memoriam Life Celebration Centre, 633419 Highway 10, Unit B1, Mono, Ontario. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time with a reception to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Dufferin Oaks or the Alzheimer’s Society.
