Obituary of Paul T. Cronkwright

Cronkwright, Paul Timothy It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Paul Cronkwright, who passed away January 2nd, 2020 at Headwaters Health Center in Orangeville ON. Paul is predeceased by his father Glen & his brother Perry. Paul leaves behind his wife Djay, his son Stephen, mother Kathleen, brother Rob & his wife Soraya, sister Kathryn & her husband Frank, sister Glenna & her husband Alex as well as many nieces, nephews, & cousins. Paul was loved by all who knew him and was often known as the gentle giant. That being said, everybody knew that they didn't want to get on his bad side. Paul had a wide range of interests. In his younger years, he was a youth counsellor for troubled youth and attended a camp every summer for a few years. He later joined his local Cub Scout group and continued his caring ways. He was also a member of the Oshawa Remote Control Car Club until it disbanded. He loved bikes of all types though he never owned one, and old cars. His circle of friends was wide and all encompassing, from bikers to religious people, although he was neither a biker or particularly religious. Paul loved working with computers, tools, & people. He was knowledgeable about so many things, it's hard to list them all. He loved his family & friends, animals of just about any kind and was fascinated by anything to do with dragons. Paul also enjoyed a wide variety of music, especially old rock & roll & classic country. Please join us to celebrate his life and share memories of all the good times we had together in Paul's honour. A Celebration of Paul’s life will be held at the In Memoriam Life Celebration Centre, 633419 Highway 10, Mono, on Saturday January 11, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., with words of remembrance taking place at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society Online condolences and donations may be made at www.imfunerals.com In Memoriam Funeral Services Inc. has been given the honour to serve the Cronkwright Family.
