Obituary of Patricia Hammond

Hammond, Patricia “Trish” Edith Passed away peacefully and with dignity, after a courageous battle with BP ALS on June 10, 2019 at the Louise Marshall Hospital, Mount Forest with family by her side. She is survived by her daughter Florence Park, son in law Chad Park and grandchildren; Austin Park, Trinity Park, Aaliya Park and Taylor Park of Mount Forest, son’s Raymond LeBleu and Charles LeBleu. Cremation has taken place, followed by a private family Celebration of Life. The family would like to thank Dr. Martins, Dr.Lund, Dr.Showsmith, Dr. Dafe, the LIHNS, Care Partners, In Memoriam Funeral Services and a special thank you to Joanna Oachis from the ALS Society.
