Obituary of Marilyn Mildred COLQUHOUN

Marilyn Colquhoun

September 18, 1943 – September 14, 2024

We sadly announce the passing of Marilyn M. Colquhoun who passed away on September 14, 2024, with her loving family by her side. Marilyn was a loving wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother.

Marilyn was born and raised in Alton and passed away peacefully at her home at the age of 80.

She is survived by her husband Robert, her sons and daughters Bob (Maryanna) Colquhoun, Margaret Stewart (predeceased), Steve (Val) Colquhoun, and Sandra (Nick) Bucci. Marilyn is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered by numerous other family and friends.

As per Marilyn’s wishes, she has been cremated and a Celebration of Life will take please on September 24, 2024 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at In Memoriam Funeral Services Inc. (28 Main St North, Grand Valley, ON L9W 5S7)

The family will also be welcoming people to join them in their home afterwards, for a small celebration at their home.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Diabetes Canada in Marilyn's memory would be greatly appreciated.
