I Karen Donaldson was very sadden to hear that Allan had passed away. He was a fantastic YBC coach, a consistent face every Saturday morning at the bowling alley. Looked up to and loved by many. My passion for bowling five pin has never stopped since. Going on forty-four years now because of him. May Loving memories sustain you during this difficult time. Please know that caring thoughts and heartful sympathy are with you all.

When Jonathan first open his Domino's in Orangeville, he was looking at his new staff members getting together to have some time outside of the store. Yes, we booked a time at the bowling alley and had great fun. Allan was there to make sure all went well. From that time on, Jonathan and I developed a wonderful friendship with Allan, May and Angela. Throughout Jonathan's business in Orangeville, May and Angela were such important people to us. We are forever grateful for their help and expertise.
We are sadden to hear and read of Allan's death. He was such a good husband, father and grandfather. May he be at peace and may all of us take that good something about him and have it become part of us. His goodness and kindness will live on.
With love,
Mary Jane and Jonathan Schlegel

May, Angela, and family
Al brought joy into the world the best hugs, a contagious laugh, and a welcoming smile that lit up his entire face. The love shared between him and May is admired by everyone who knew them, and the pride and love he had for his family only grew as Angela, and later Owen were born.
He will be missed by many, and remembered for all the lives he touched in his time here. We are grateful for the time and memories we made together. We were lucky to call him our friend.
Our love, thoughts, and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.
Ellen, Jeffrey, Amanda & Brendan

As a neighbour in Woodhill Gardens we shared many a joke and hugs. Even in hospice we shared some giggles. My heart goes out to May and family.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Al as I and you will surely miss his impish smile, his kindness, always willing to take on new challenges, driving the backroads of Dufferin, being the best Santa ever. His laugh. Always a joy to see and be around. In his quiet constant way. Rest in Peace my friend. Hugs and love to May, Angela, Kevin and Owen and family. He will always be with you.
