Dear Valerie and Family
Thinking of you and wishing you comfort during this sad time with the passing of Pat. I knew him by calling him Patty. He was larger than life and enjoyed life! He spoke so passionately about his family and was proud of the life he had built. I remember Patty as a young man in Hastings growing up and how close he was to his brothers. Patty was entertaining with his conversations and loud laughter. He always respected his roots and appreciated the connection of relatives. I am a third or fourth cousin but knew him well in his younger years growing up in the neighbourhood. He was so good to my Parents (Albert and Anne Crowley) and dropped in to visit whenever he had the opportunity. Just recently, he visited my brother John (last January). He took the time to continue to keep the connection of family and it was so appreciated. Patty will be remembered always with fond memories. Wishing you strength and peace. My deepest condolences on the passing of Pat. We had such a nice visit last January when he dropped in to see me. I was so pleased and honoured that he took the time for a visit. Pat was a funloving guy and always appreciated his friendliness and conversation.

Perhaps my most favourite memories of Uncle Pat was as a young child when he used to visit regularly in Norwood and take me and my siblings for rides in his vintage cars or hit baseballs to us in the field.
His most recent visit was at Christmas at my brother Paul’s. It was great to hear how proud he was of Carrie Ann and Kevin and how much he cherished his grandchildren and the love of his life Valerie.
If I had to use one word to describe Pat it would be “ genuine “ .
Pat’s smile and laugh will never be forgotten.

To the Pat Crowley Family,

Dear Valerie and Family,
I am very sorry to hear of Uncle Pat's sudden passing. I have so many terrific memories of Pat coming to visit us in Cobourg, most recently at Christmas. Pat always had great insights into the importance of family, friends and having lots of laughs in life. Pat will be dearly missed.

Dan and I have wonderful memories of times spent at my aunt dot and uncle Ron.times spent in and around the pool were fun. Valerie was the bright light for Pat. So happy they found each other and made many memories together. RIP PAT. you will be missed.

My deepest sympathy for the loss of Pat. He truly was a wonderful uncle and friend. Pat would always make time for family. He would call regularly to check in and make sure things were ok for us living in Edmonton. He even made a special trip out here to be with us. He was truly a blessing and I miss him. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with Val and family. He touched so many people with his easy to chat with style and love for others. It is a huge loss.
