Scott,
My Captain from Squad “3”, but he wasn’t just a Captain or a fighter! He was more, a friend a helping hand and a voice of reason. Scott was there for you when you needed that outside opinion or support, with his words of encouragement and wise advice. Scott was someone to talk to that would listen. A smile and joke that would cheer you up. Or a kick in the right direction when you were off course.
Glad I was one of many that could call you friend.
You will be greatly missed because
the don’t make them like Scott anymore….

My big brother’s unique sense of humour always made me smile. This warm welcome to his home says it all.
I will miss his humour.

On behalf of all staff at Orangeville Fire, we are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Captain Scott Craggs. His dedication and service to the Orangeville Fire Services as a volunteer firefighter for 13 years from 2003 to 2016 exemplify his commitment to his community and his selflessness in the face of danger.
Captain Craggs' contributions to the fire service undoubtedly left a lasting impact on all those he served alongside and those he helped protect. His leadership, bravery and dedication to his duties as a firefighter are qualities that will be remembered and cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this difficult time. May you find comfort in the memories you shared with Scott and may his legacy continue to live on in the hearts of all those who had the honor of knowing him.

Scott was my first boss when I joined Ocwa. He was a great mentor for me both personally and professionally. Over the years, we shared many memories including riding our motorcycles together, going to car rallies, lots of golf together, a couple cigars, and of course, some food and drinks and laughter!
I always appreciated Scott’s management style at work and aspired to sit in his chair one day. When I finally made it to a similar role in my career as what Scott held, I utilized what Scott had taught me and still do to this day. Every time someone says to me that they like my style (as a boss) I think to myself that they can partially thank Scott for that!
All I know is that next time I see Scott, that bugger owes me lunch!
Cheers Bossman
Love Curtis

Scotty was my best friend since we were 16. He was always the first person I told whenever there was something really really good happening in my life, or really really bad. We were great friends. I miss him alot.
