My heart felt sympathies to David, Shania, Keith and Devin. Joanne, was an amazing Team Leader and will be greatly missed by all at Service Canada. I had the privilege of meeting her only once. I know she was dedicated to her job and to her team. I pray, you all find the courage to carry on with her in your hearts. Rest in Peace Joanne. We miss you.

Dave, Shania, Keith and Devin,
I am so sorry for your loss. I had the opportunity to work with Joanne at Service Canada, first, when she was a Passport Officer in Brampton and then as our Team Leader in the Orangeville SCC. Joanne was a very hard working and dedicated employee. She had a great sense of humour. Over the last year, we had several chats and she always remained upbeat. She has been and will continue to be missed at the office.

I've met Joanne at numerous events. 80s dances and so many others. She was a ray of sunshine every time. I have no words to express how deeply and sincerely sorry I am at this difficult time.
