She loved her hockey

Always worried about how I was doing

She loved her family and friends
Always talked about her friends and her family (especially her grand children)

June Irvine, one of the nicest persons on the planet. Always happy, calm polite and accommodating. My remembrance of her is from years ago at the “Post Office” beginning in 1978. A truly wonderful person who has left an indelible mark on me. Condolences to her children and grandchildren.

If there is a Hockey rink in Heaven they will be making sure everything runs perfectly and making sure all the players are having fun just like they did when they were here with us when our friends and siblings played.

Dear Jim, Paul and Peter,
I am deeply sorry for your loss. My fondest memory of your mom was one most visits to the post office I would always be greeted with a smile and “ Hello Debbie “ then quickly followed up with a “ oh darn …… your not Debbie,your Dana” with a little laugh. I would always just laugh and say yes…. And how are you today June. Then we would continue on with business as usual. The Emma street families and Leeson street families just simply grew up together in the 70’s and 80’s and June was one of those mother’s who like the rest of them knew who you were, where you lived, your parents name . The neighbourhood will be a little bit lonely without her now! R.I.P
