We have very special memories of the Fosters. We met at the park where we both had trailers. Ted and Fred immediately struck up a friendship playing horseshoes (always on the same team) to fishing to playing cards or to just sitting by the fire sharing stories. At one point they had a routine where Ted would come to our deck for coffee and then back to the Foster deck to continue their conversations, until it was time for their horseshoe game to start. They would get so deep in their game that they would forget to eat so between Laurie and myself we would make them lunch and take it to them so they could eat between throws after which they could start drinking their beers. It was a sad time the day that Laurie and Ted left the park and it was never the same again. Laurie Fred and I send our condolences and he will surely be missed by us and by all who knew him. It was an honour to of known and spent time with Ted and Laurie. With all our love Fred and Liz

Ted, thanks for being my mentor, role model, confidante.........ok i'll say it, my "work-father". i miss our extensive talks during work breaks. yes, you expressed your thoughts on many subjects but you always listened to what i had to say. you helped me in so many ways, i'm sure even you didn't realize it. we talked about everything under the sun, even smoking. we both knew it was coming for us someday. sadly it took you way to soon. you will be missed sir, you will be missed. gary.
