I'm very sorry to hear of Greg's passing. He and I were the best of friends in elementary school, and stayed in touch through high school. He is one of those people you never forget. My condolences to his family.

I am deeply saddened by the news of Greg's passing. I hired Greg at both the Upper Grand and Waterloo Region District School Boards and he was a loyal and supportive colleague, a knowlegeable and creative employee and someone I considered a friend. Greg's struggles with mental illness hit home with me as I also had an uncle who dealt with the same challenges.
My condolences are extended to all of Greg's family and friends who knew and supported him.
I won't forget him.

I’m so sorry to hear about your loss. I worked with Greg at Burnside when I first moved to town many years ago. He was proud to help introduce me to the company and even to the town itself. In the years since then I would see him around town from time to time and hear about him through my connection with Brad. Greg always had a kind word and a sincere smile for me and it was always truly a pleasure to see him and listen to his stories. My heartfelt condolences to his family and all of his many friends.

I met Greg in highschool. Greg and I shared alot of firsts. He was my first serious relationship, my first love, he took me to my first dance, first concert and he was the first boy to break my heart. I am so thankful we reconnected over the years and maintained our friendship. There were seasons he would be around in your life and seasons he would not, but he would always come back around it is heartbreaking to know that he will not return this time. Greg once told me he loved to be surrounded by people who make him happy, to those who made Greg happy Thank you, know that you meant so much to him. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him and loved him.

Greg was a great guy. In the last few months he was at my home many many times. We had a lot of meals together. He repaired bikes I had so my grandchildren could ride them when they came to visit. They loved him and his kindness towards them. I did my best to give Greg direction and help for his internal demons. I still wait for his knock on my door early every morning and seeing that big smile and his ever present cup of coffee. I miss him and his friendship. Adios amigo.
