James Allan “Read” Sproule Rested peacefully at William Osler Hospital in Brampton on Thursday, February 3rd, 2022 at the age of 50. Beloved father of Mikayla and Bradley Sproule. Loving partner of Mary Van Raalte and her family Ryan, Kevin, Shaun, Jennifer, and Robyn and their partners. Grandpa Read to several beautiful grandchildren. Remembered with love by Tammy Filsinger-Sproule. Loving son of James (1993) and Yvonne (Bonnie) (2008) Sproule. Dear Brother of Ann (John) Taylor, Lori (John Bremner), and Cindy (Allan) Lundy. Cherished uncle of Steffen and Brandon Lundy, Natalie (Anthony) Derry and Hannah Bremner, Steven and Leticia Taylor. Read will also be greatly missed by his many friends and other relations. Read Sproule was a man of happiness, spreading it everywhere he went. In his home of Grand Valley, he was known to have his doors open to anybody. His unforgettable kind nature towards people, and outgoing ways will be remembered forever. Read had a huge heart, filling it with the love of his family and friends and expressed his compassion as much as he could through words, actions, and thoughts. His love was endless. He adored his children, beyond proud of their accomplishments in life. Anytime he spoke of them, tears swelled his eyes. They were his pride and joy. His entire world. Anybody in Read’s life was precious to him, and he treasured every moment, making every single one unforgettable. Read was one in a million, and thankfully we all were blessed with having him. Let times with him never be forgotten, and cherished for eternity. The family will be holding a celebration of life at a later date.
