Obituary of Mary Catherine GARDINER

It is with great sadness that we announce that Mary Catherine (Cathy) Gardiner passed away peacefully after a battle with cancer on January 20th with her beloved son Nathan at her side. Cathy or Kate as she was known to friends and family was born April 10th, 1961. She is predeceased by her Mom Mary and her Dad John. Cathy will be missed by so many close friends and family. She will be deeply missed by her Son Nathan Bielawski (Makayla), her brother Rob Gardiner (Cindy). Also, fondly remembered by Eric Bielawski. Mom to Nathan was her most precious role and she was extremely proud and protective. Her happy places were on the sidelines watching Nathan play in his may sport endeavours. Nathan was absolutely her pride and joy. In 2007, Cathy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Health Psychology. She then went on to obtain a Diploma in “Addictions and Community Service Work” while studying, she discovered hypnosis and was certified in 2007 as a Consulting Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnosis. She also received certification in Pediatric Hypnotherapy and Sports Performance Enhancement Hypnotherapy. Cathy grew up in Toronto and more recently settled in Richmond Hill.
