Obituary of Audrey Adaline HERRINGTON

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of the sweetest soul, Audrey Adaline Herrington on October 21, 2021. Predeceased by her parents, Nelson and Blanche Hurley, her husband and love of her life Mervin Herrington, siblings Phyllis Mick (late Ross), Melba Wyatt (John) and Chuck Hurley (late Sharon). Audrey lived a wonderful 94 years of life. Born in Iron Mountain, Michigan, Audrey moved with her family to Sault Ste Marie then Echo Bay, Ontario as a young girl, and lived between there and southern Ontario being close to her beloved children Karie and Kevin. She leaves behind a large void in the lives of all who knew her, including her son-in-law Mitchell Krancevich, daughter-in-law Debbie, grandchildren Jarret, Mariah and Dale, Rebecca and Victoria, and great-grandchildren Kylie, Colton and soon to be baby Rayner. Much loved Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Her family was her life and she quilted, cooked and cared for them all until the very end. A small family service has taken place in Grand Valley. A celebration of Audrey’s life and interment in Sault Ste Marie (West Korah Cemetery) will take place in the Spring of 2022.
