Our heartfelt condolences to Carolyn and Andrew and your families on the passing of your Father, Brian, and the passing of your Mother, Elaine, previously.
Your Mother, 7 years ago, quilted a baby blanket (picture enclosed) for our first grandchild. It was used as a baby blanket for the first and second child and later as a wall hanging in the children's bedroom. We want you to know that it will be kept as one of their childhood treasures.
Everyone at Watermark knew Brian and Elaine were dog lovers. On occasion, Brian and Elaine would leave Bruno and later Murphy when it was not possible to take a dog where they were going. One time in the winter when we were looking after Murphy, we came in from a walk and when we were removing our coat and boots, Murphy disappeared around the corner. We found her sitting in the bathtub waiting for her paws to be cleaned. All the dog owners, top that one.
Carolyn, we are glad that you are able to take Murphy to your home. She was a wonderful comfort for your Mother when she was dealing with Parkinsons and for your Father when your Mother passed.

Caroline / Andrew,
I spoke to your aunt Louise, we keep in touch after my mom passed. It's strange this Montreal original crew has all passed so young. It's nice your kids will have each other, your parents were too young. My mom would have wanted you to know the Kennedy's are thinking of you and your parents.

Hi Cheryl - yes, all of the Montreal crew passed so young. I was so sad to hear of Wendy's passing last year. I kept trying to leave condolences on the funeral home site, but it kept getting rejected. Thank you so much for reaching out. If you are on Facebook, please look me up, I'd love to stay in touch. I send my heartfelt sympathy to all of Brian’s family. Gone far too soon, Brian will be missed for his love and compassion as a husband, father, father in-law and Poppie. I have only been lucky enough to know Brian for a little over a year but am so thankful for the times we spent together. We shared good food, good conversations, a love of dogs and music, a fierce rivalry in NHL team allegiance, and best of all, so many laughs!

Our deepest condolences to you and your family on the passing of your Father,Brian. We live in the same neighborhood and would see your dad almost every day walking past our window with Murphy, if I was lucky and be in the garden he would stop and talk and we would try and right the world’s problems, he loved his little dog Murphy was great company to him. One time your dad mentioned he was fed up trying to think what to cook, I mentioned this to my husband who being quite a good chef baked him a nice Quiche and took it over to his house, the next time we saw Brian he said “I don’t normally like quiche but yours was delicious and it’s all gone”. Your dad was a very nice man and we as well as all that live in Kingfisher will miss him enormously. May he Rest In Peace. Armin &Pat Brutsch number 39.
