I will always remember his smile, his laughter and his generous nature. He always seemed so happy. We all are better for having him for as long as we did. When I told my boys of his passing, both knew who I was speaking of immediately, even though they had only met him a handful of times. Just the impression his smile left behind. He will be missed. Dad, you have given me so much my whole life, I don't know where I would be today if not because of you. I never needed to ask for anything from you and I will always love you for that. From the time I was little I saw the love you had for all of us and you were always willing to help. One of my fondest memories was of you in the basement taping your music and playing it so loudly. I really got to appreciate different kinds of music and singers - even Jerry Vale. I think you knew how much I always loved and appreciated you till the end, even though I didn't always show it. I will always be grateful you were my dad. I will always love you dad. Rest in Peace. Your loving daughter Allison.

I was one of those lucky kids who grew up surrounded by aunts and uncles - Uncle Viv was a very big part of my childhood and I'm so grateful for all the memories with him. His fabulous short sleeve shirts, his great laugh and his love of music and dancing. He will forever be a part of my life and hold a special place in my heart.

With heavy hearts we say goodbye to our cherished family member, grandfather, father, husband, brother,uncle, friend, mentor. Vivian (a.k.a Grandad) words can not explain how much we miss you already. The sadness hurts deep down inside but we are all happy you are no longer suffering. From day one you have treated me as one of your own. I was never just Alex's girlfriend, I was your granddaughter to.Come to think about it, I don't think I ever called you by your name, you were ALWAYS granddad. In the years I have had the pleasure to be your family you have taught me so much that I will never forget. The values and morals you have taught all of us will continue to follow us and we will do our best to pass your teachings on to Isy.

All your life you were a Loving & Caring Husband, an Amazing & Supportive Father, an Incomparable Grandfather, and a Wonderful Great Grandfather.
At long last you are relieved from your suffering. We already miss you so much, but we are also glad that your suffering has ended. We LOVE you very much and you will FOREVER be in our hearts and memories.
