February 17, 1944 – April 30, 2021 Ruth Ann passed naturally and peacefully at the Village of Humber Heights LTC in Etobicoke, Ontario on Friday, April 30, 2021. Predeceased by her loving husband, William Hagen, parents Ethel May & Lenoard McElhiney, sister’s Josephine Hagen (Joseph), Carolyn McElhiney and step-father Daniel Gavin. Ruth Ann leaves behind her, brother Fred McElhiney, step-brother’s Clifford Gavin (Dora), Gary Gavin (Lee Ann), Austin Gavin (Clarence) and step-sister Nadine Ramsay. Loving aunt to Joanne Williams (Ron) Carolyn Hagen-Worrod (Martin) and Daniel Hagen (Noreen).
