Obituary of Robert Cecil SHAW

November 13,.1942 -April 30,2021 Robert Cecil Shaw, 78 of Brampton, Ontario, passed away peacefully at Bethell House on April 30th, 2021, after battling lung cancer. Loving husband of Helen Shaw (nee Jensen), brother (Jim Shaw) and step father to Shirley (Paul Heinrichs), Tracy (Jeff Hauck) and Brian (Tammi Lamont). Grandfather of Samantha, Brandon, Kaitlyn, Aaron, Kyle, Adam, Meghan and Brinley. Bob was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, and met his loving wife Helen in the early 80's. They spent 36 years together building their lives in Brampton, Ontario. Bob spent many years working for Data Business Forms and was an avid music lover and Montreal Canadians Fan. Bob will be remembered lovingly as a devoted husband, brother, step father and grandfather. Our family will miss him dearly. As per Bob's wishes, there will be no service. Cremation has taken place and his ashes will be scattered in Peterborough, where he spent many happy times with his brother Jim and his sister-in-law Cindi.
