May 31, 1930 - March 31, 2021 Conner, Betty (Mary Elizabeth Luxton) Born May 31, 1930 Mt. Forest Ontario. Passed away peacefully March 31, 2021 at Matthews House Hospice, Alliston, Ontario. Loving mother of Gwen (dec) and George Ziemanis (dec), Gordon and Nancy Conner, Dean and Denise Conner, Debbie and Greg Neely (dec). Sister of Larry and Joyce Luxton of Guelph. Predeceased by parents Ray and Agnes Luxton and sister Helen and Richard Redmond. Shall be greatly missed by grandchildren Tara, Adam, Andy, Emilie, Brianna, Teresa, Jesse, Kari, Catlin, Brandy, Cody and 16 great grandchildren. Also missed by nieces Kelly, Karen, Beckie and nephew James. Betty was a dedicated employee of TD Bank, Shelburne and former member of Shelburne Curling Club and Royal Canadian Legion. She spent much time knitting, quilting, ceramics, playing cards and darts. Special thanks to staff at Shelburne Residence for care provided over the last year. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life shall take place at a later date. Donations in memory of Betty may be made to Matthews House Hospice or the Royal Canadian Legion.
