Obituary of Raymond Lyle WILSON

December 2, 1943 - February 17, 2021 Lyle passed peacefully at Trillium Health Partners, Mississauga, at the age of 77. Predeceased by his parents George Wilson and Jean (Young), by his siblings Barbara (1956), Glenn (1974) and William (Bill) (2020). Loving husband to Aileen (Moffitt) for 53 years, together raising their children in Hockley Valley. Lyle went to a one room public school at SS#2, Adjala Township. He became a welder and continued in this career for 47 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and outdoor hobbies. He was a pillar of strength to his family and will be dearly missed by his wife Aileen, his children Nadine, Richard and Nicole (Jason), his grandchildren Jacob, Ryan, Kendall and Adam. He is survived by his sisters Betty, Patti and many adoring cousins, nieces, and nephews. To honour Lyle’s wishes, a cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association, Gideons International Canada, War Amps of Canada or a charity of your choice. We miss you Lyle.
