I worked with Sue Ellen many years ago but lost touch with her, I was sad to learn of her passing. What I recall is that she was quick to smile and share a laugh. I was among the lucky ones who got to experience her amazing culinary talents, in fact I still use some of her recipes. I am so sorry to learn of her loss and send my condolences to her husband and family. May the caring and love of those around you bring you comfort.

It was a huge shock to find out that you past. We met a camp so long ago and being the outsider in your group you made me feel so welcomed...I remember your cooking fondly. Lol. I've had a great pleasure of remaining your friend, honoured to share in your wedding day but most of all, I will never forget the kindness you shared with me on my ups and down. To the Slater, Curry family there was no better person with a huge heart than Sue-Ellen. Her light will shine in my heart forever and I'm a much better person for having known her. I will see you again someday in the field of heaven glamping it. RIP. Dee
