September 2, 1954 - December 12, 2020 Suddenly at his home in Brampton, Thomas passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020, at the age of 66. Thomas leaves behind his sons Jeffery (Jenna), Jack and Daniel Patrick, his siblings Terry (Simone) Patrick, Shirley Hardie, (the late) Katherine (George) Jansen, and Rick (Doris) Patrick. He is pre-deceased by his parents Henry and Marie Patrick. A private family service was held and a Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
