Writing a memory about this wonderful nanny is tough as there is so many great times we had together. Everything from bonfires, to all the board and card games we had played. Eating Christmas and thanksgiving dinners with everyone around you were great times. My heart hurts knowing that I had said goodbye knowing that it sadly was my last time:(. I will always remember all of our great memories together and will cherish them forever RIP nanny I love you and will miss you ❤️

HOW does one sum up over sixty years of life shared between two sisters-in-law? I could write a book. Pat married my brother, Gord, when they were teenagers. They created a bonded, loving family with their four kids, grandkids and great-grandkids. I am so very proud of my brother, his role as a caregiver made it possible for Pat to remain at home for so long.
One of the many things I will miss is the hilarious comradery she and Gord shared, always jabbing each other with sarcasm and laughter. Pat was a warrior, she battled and beat many serious health issues. Several times we thought we would lose her, but she beat the odds. It's going to be strange without our mighty midget. I hope she is playing the slots, watching curling, baseball and hockey. Rest in peace now Pat, you have certainly earned it. Love Linda.

To the Treleaven family,
I have so many memories of Patricia I don’t know where to start. Great dinners with all of you on the holidays including the best stuffing ever, phoning Patricia in Florida from where ever I was, be it home in Canada or in California or London UK to wish her a Merry Christmas. The trip to Jamaica where we thought we would have to put her on the next plane home, but she rebounded and gave us the best line ever....Me, Jeff, and Guy had just finished eating and we ran into Gord pushing Patricia in the wheelchair......Patricia looked at us and said “where have you boys been, I have been walking all over looking for you” we all broke up. The March break when Jeff and I drove to Florida to visit “the parents” . Everywhere we went with Patricia she told everyone “ My boys are here” ...boys ? we were both approaching 50. She took us gambling with the Moose Lodge people on a cruise ship off the coast...as we were leaving the dock we realized we were on the wrong ship and her Moose lodge friends were on the other ship...we gambled and she won.
I am so proud to think of her as my “other Mother” as I was adopted by the Treleaven’s many years ago, To Gord, my “bros” Rusty, Jeff, and Guy and my “sister” Cheryl and all of the Treleaven clan please accept my condolences on the passing of Patricia we will never forget her.
Love, Ian
