I will always remember Marie with great love. She was the mother of my very dear friend Wendy and she was my most faithful client when I worked at the bank. She constantly amazed me with her energy, sharpness of mind and her giving nature. I enjoyed many lunches with her when Wendy and I would go for visits and, again, she amazed me that she still made salads and baked well after her 100th birthday. I enjoyed her Christmas cookies and baking throughout the years and she also knit my great grandsons each a touque. She knew how to love and was loved well. She will be truly missed.

I had the pleasure of meeting Marie last year and was amazed at her independence, brightness of mind, varried interests, abilities in her home and her welcoming and hospitable spirit. She will be missed and remembered with great love. Heartfelt condolences to the whole family.
